Once our water has been collected, it’s carefully UV-sterilised and microfiltered to ensure safety, while preserving its natural mineral profile. No additives. No alterations. We also submit our water for regular testing through an independent laboratory.
We aim to do everything with the environment in mind. Casks require less packaging and are also a cost-effective option for our customers. Each cask is made using local, lower-impact materials – the outer box is fully recyclable. While the inner bladder and tap currently aren’t, we’re actively exploring better solutions. For every cask sold, we plant a tree as part of a 100-year forest covenant to restore biodiversity, capture carbon, and help rejuvenate degraded landscapes.
Naturally occurring bicarbonates and calcium give our water a gently alkaline pH of 8.2, which may help neutralise excess acidity and support digestion.
